I was born in San DIego, California but moved to Atlanta when I was 9.  I graduated from Cherokee High School in 1999 as Salutatorian.  After high school, I attended Kennesaw State University.  In 2003, I graduated with my Bachelor's in Mathematics Education.

This is my 20th year teaching at Milton.  I was honored as Milton's Teacher of the Year in 2012.  I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of the Milton Eagle family.  I also coach JV football cheerleading.

In my off time, I love spending time with my husband and daughter.  We love sports, the outdoors, and traveling.

I was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where i graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School.  After earning my Bachlor of Science degree in Mathematics from Stetson University, I spent 1 year in Virginia before moving to Atlanta, Georgia to be closer to my dad and 5 siblings.  In 1998, I worked at The Cottage School serving students with special needs.  For my next adventure, I joined the Milton family in 1999, making this my 24th year as an Eagle.  In 2006, I earned a Master of Science degree in Math Education, and in 2010, I earned a Specialist degree in Teaching and Learning with distinction.

I love spending time with my family, watching my sons play football, biking all over Alpharetta, and reading a good book.  And, I am thoroughly enjoying being a mam-ma to my 2 grandsons.  Finally, I hope to write a book sometime in the near future!
